It is well known that in America people like to sue as a way to hopefully make some money. Here it all depends on the evidence if the cancer had indeed spread all the way to the penis then they did the right thing but they better have the evidence to prove it. No doubt they decided better a living man without a penis rather than a dead man with one, a dead man can't enjoy anything a living man without a penis can still enjoy many things and since as I gather his testes were also removed he will not even experience sexual passion and frustration, due to lack of testosterone. It's not their fault if cancer decides to strike at and wreck the most tender part of the body.

I guess, it would be similar if a woman went for a procedure for a breast problem, went out under the knife, and then realized a removal had taken place. Not good.
