The vacancy rate has gone way up in Alberta, thanks to the slowing economy - THANK GOD!

Also, the housing market bubble is going to burst soon. You can't sell a house right now, and in the larger metropolitan centres they're down up to 20% already. We're headed right for where the States are!

I wouldn't buy a house right now - not by a long shot.
