I noticed the URL has the word "Watchtower" within it. I know from painful personal experience that the leaders at WTS might possibly see this as an unapproved use of their "TRADEMARK".
Trust me, you do not want to get shut down over such a frivolous claim; and you do not want to be sued (I've been there, done that, got the t-shirt). I'm just hoping that some thought has gone into this potential threat. WTComments(4 days ago) Thanks for the warning. You are correct that the WTS will threaten suit for any pretext. The entire "Watchtower Comments" project is designed for this possibility. All attempts to control this information will merely propagate it more. mitchkramah(4 days ago) Trademark laws are difficult to enforce. For the most part, the WTBTS would have to issue you a "cease and decist" order through their lawyers first. They would not be able to file suit against you unless you violate that C&D order.

I had in mind the "Watchtower Quotes" lawsuit. WTS tries to shut down a site, we fought back and 'Quotes' is everywhere now. Watchtower lawyers sulked back up the ass of the Legal Dept.
There was a small scuffle with the producers of Knocking. Just to make sure that didn't happen again, our network proliferated our videos across the web.
I would love to have notice served on YouTube or the domain hosts of our content. Click, click, boom.

I'm behind u legally and I have the resources to advice. u. I however know that right can be wrong in court. I would hate to see u in a lock down battle for information that is correct but legally debatable. Keep the site conservative to avoid court activity

Have used "WTcomments" videos and the comments contain in them often. They are straight to the point and clear. Just enough in each video to use on a JW.
I'm sure "V" has taken all precautions about the site to prevent any come back from the Watchtower.
Even so when the WT has tried anything in the past it usually backfires on them. The resulting publicity does them more harm than good.
The "WT Quotes" site being a good example.

Yes - here in Canada, one woman who sued the Watchtower for covering up her molestation had the Watchtower try to sue her for they're legal bills. You should have seen the outcry.
They are a terrible, terrible cult. Worse than anything that so called 'christendom' has done.
