We went to see Harry Potter last night (Saturday). There weren't many there and we deliberately went to the late show. My wife had read the book but she didn't realize how much of wizard school was based on typical English public school. (Public school means private school in England). It was good that the dialogue was British English although I found myself the only one laughing in the cinema when Ron talks about bogie flavored candy. (Bogies are the British version of boogers.)
Great movie, well worth watching.

I thought the Harry Potter movie was a little flat, not much substance, but it was pleasant enough. I guess you shouldn't look a real epic.
Just read the whole Lord of the Rings sexology? again. Lot's of words but it still is fascinating. I hope the film lives up to it's potential. A little disconcerting that the son is so opposed to the movie.
Lord of the rings will be one of the highest grossing movies of all times! I have forseen it! (At least I hope it will be)
It is one of the greatest stories ever told, and the movie will be outstanding! I have been following the movie's progress for 2 years, and will first in line!
