For some reason my 'w' requires special fondling to work. "work" is a good example. I am a chronic proof reader and this ord ould be spelled ork if I didn't go back and finesse the dubya.
If I pry off the key will I be able to tweak something?

pop the key off, it's easy. Use a small paint brush or one of those cans of compressed air to clean under the keys. that will probably fix it.
