There is nothing to miss. Long before I wandered into here in March of 2001, I played for several years on the old H20 board. In fact, I do believe that my best posts were made there, and not here. I could be wrong, but I do think that I was at my best back then.
When the administrator of that board got crazy and intolerant, I came here. A good and old friend of mine known as "Uncle Bruce" told me about this place. I left and a ton of the codgers like me left, too. We descended like a disease on this place, and forever changed it, for better or for worse. We were not welcome here at first, but we persisted and we eventially found our niche. H20 became a wasteland, a shell of its former self. The administrator of H20 actually came in here and pleaded for us to come back and revive his board, but alas, it was not to be. He was defeated by his own ego and more importantly by his silly notion that H20 was (as a disussion board and the most famous and most visited one in the world at that) more important than the people who kept it popular and kept it alive and kept the people who view it coming back.
So I came here. And in the future, I can play anywhere I want to play. When I want to play, I will always find a place to play.
That being said, it has been a great ride here! I have made plenty of friends, and I have helped many, many JWs out of the WT Cult. If I never play again, I can put my head on the pillow at night and give thanks that I did make a difference in my wacky, crazy and really insane way.

My oldest son is gorgeous and I just realized tonite that he looks like a cross between Adam Rodriguez(Erik Delko on CSI) and Johnathon Rhys Meyers.

OH, and thanks for the opportunity to share that. Once I realized why those guys looked so familiar, I had to tell you and I would have started a thread of my own had this one not been here so fortuitously already!
