How about goat's heads? My grandpa Eufemio Salazar used to love boiled goat head. I prefer it roasted though.

Culvers is my favorite fast food-just for the butter burgers:)
I like Round Table Pizza but really miss all the NY pizza from when I lived in the City.
We love El Gitano for Mexican(a little chain in NW WA)
Excellent dinner was had at the Bell Street Cafe in Seattle a few years back. Memorable Chicken Marsala. Delish!
The Totem house for newprint wrapped fish/chips and then a walk to the Ballard locks or the nearby beach was a favorite meal out when I was a kid.
Peanut Butter and Chocolate Ice Cream at Baskin Robbins.
Really excellent greasy fries at the Quik pik drive in in Fife WA (I am told the shakes are great too) -

We rarely eat out these days, but for special occasions we go to Loch Fyne
