  In order to cut down on idolotry in the homes of young Christians, the governing body recommends taking down any and all photos and posters of singers, actors, and athletes.

  However, in order to fill the need to decorate the walls of these young ones and still insprire them to good works, the governing body has authorized the printing of a 3' x 5' lithograph of the governing body in living color.

  Copies can be ordered at the literature counter after the service meeting for a donation of $25 per Litho or 3 for $50. All proceeds of the sale of these posters will benefit the World Wide Pedophile Defense Fund......

  My daughter has just discovered posters...... (HSM & tinkerbell)

  I wonder if they will have any with the GB dressed as the 'ancient worthies' ...... or are we limited to them dressed as kings & priests on thrones with the Watchtower logo?

  When I was at Bethel I once spoke to a "heavy" in the Bethel Office (forgot his name - he was Greek or something), and he had framed pictures of all 5 (up till then) presidents of the WTS: Russel, Rutherford, Knorr, Franz, Henschel, on the wall behind his desk. It was almost like a little shrine.

  Ok now you reminded me of a painful teenage memory. The holy sister I was being studied by told me that my Johnny Depp and John Stamos posters were idolatry hanging on my walls. I had to take them down so Jah wouldn't be a jealous god. I was a sucker I took them down.

  Dang it.

  My daughter has just put a poster of the Jonas brothers on outside door of her room. So I get to enjoy the teenie boppers as well. lol
