I have always been fascinated with the subject. If I had not been a damned JW, I would have loved such a career.

It's never too late! If your truly interested in doing this stuff then go do it. People have gone to medical school in their 70's and 80's before.

Point in fact is that I have an application on my computer right now. The degree I have in mind is not precisely in this field however, as I want to study online, due to circumstances that are impossible to change right now. I doubt I will ever 'use' a degree now. But I want to do it - for me.

Jeff, you would love the book "Stiff" by Mary Roach. She has a whole chapter about the body farm at UT. I read it last summer and could not put it down, did get some funny looks from the other mommies at the pool.
You know, CSI:NY is on on demand minutes after it first airs(it conflicts with Law and Order and I find 'on demand' to be a godsend for my limited TV addictions.) Do you enjoy Patricia Cornwell? That is the first "body farm" I was exposed to:)
