Can I name my firstborn son Jehovah?....as a sign of respect. How would Witnesses respond to this...some South Americans are named Jesus Juvarez etc so what do you think....Psm 83;18 my son would be "You who's name is Jehovah art most high over all the earth...."
Would it be okay at the Hall to name your son JEHOVAH?

Go for it - I'm sure they would be pleased. Not.
Just don't expect him to thank you for it. -

What about if he was called "Joe" middle name "Hover" last name "Witnez" "Joe Hover Witnez"
Reminds me of Moe on the Simpson....."I'm looking for a Joe hover Witnez.....why you little!"

I think the average witness would freak out. Therefore, I say go for it!!

They would be more freaked if you called him Satan
Actually I think it's illegal to call your child Jehovah in some countries.

He would be stoned to death on a trip to the Holyland.....Monty Python style!

I think if their last name is Hunt, they should name their son "Mike".

Some non-jws have named their child Jehovah. Any jw would be viewed as "odd" requiring some "adjustment" and I doubt they would ever use their first name. It is a moot point since at the KH they tend to call people "Brother" LastName or Sister LastName.
