Who is responsibile for war? The common people wouldn't start a war, it's always some man who wants to control others to do his will, or sometimes some God who wants the same thing. Sometimes a leader will try to make life better by keeping his subjects in line with good morals, like Jesus, but it also turns to war like the slaughters back in the dark ages to get people to follow his religion.
I think we are a messed up creation that will continue to fight wars like the old testament of the bible describes in about every other verse.
