Been told the January 2009 Watchtower is at the hall waiting for me so I'll suck it in, go there, and post that issue very soon.

Could you scan page 17 of that issue and post it here, or send us a pm with a scan. In this file you posted, it appears that page 16 was scanned twice.
After receiving that page, I can insert it into your file and then shrink the MB size to about 6 or 7 MB's!
