I just made a New York Style Cheese Cake for the very first time.....Stuck it in the fridge to cool for a few hours. Gonna make a fresh strawberry glaze to top it with.
The JW wifey won't even attempt this.

Why don`t you right merry Xmas with the glaze, That way she will not touch it and you can have it all to your self. Tell her if she touches it she will not sereive the big "A".

Ooohhh I love to make a cheesecake. I like to make a raspberry coulis, and a chocolate drizzle. Family goes crazy.
