Just remember, in most states you can get a THIRD PARTY BILLING BLOCK added to your account for free, and never have to deal with this.

I had the 3rd party "extra security PIN" on my phone bill account for years... but half the time if you ever called the phone company for whatever, they would forget to ask me for that extra security code. ;-/
