A Spiritual Man/Woman

The spiritually mature man/woman is one that is under the headship of Jehovah and Jesus. 1 Corinthians 11:3 "But I want you to know that the head of every man is the Christ; in turn the head of a woman is the man; in turn the head of the Christ is God."
The typical man feels that he is the head of the family and have only themselves to consider, he doesn't even think of what God would think of his actions or thoughts. The man/woman who read the Bible can read God's thoughts about His ways. We can think spiritual thoughts. Isaiah 55:8,9 "For the thoughts of you people are not my thoughts, nor are my ways your ways" is the utterance of Jehovah. "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."

Man/Woman is a glorious creation by Jehovah and Jesus if he/she is spiritually attuned to the higher wave-length of thinking. He/she can know what Jehovah thinks is a sin and what is not a sin.

1 Corinthians 11:7-9 "For a man ought not to have his head covered, as he is God's image and glory; but the woman is man's glory. For man is not out of woman, but woman out of man; and what is more, man was not created for the sake of the woman, but woman for the sake of the man."

Women are part man. Women are man's helpers and have a high position according to the Bible as a helper to him like Jehovah, Jesus and the holy spirit.

Name Withheld........if I knew your name........ you are not spiritually mature.

The WTS is not God!! They might try to be God but they are not and do not know Jehovah. He is a loving God and created people not to die but to live.

    SC,

Ask the forum a question about the Bible and see what you get.

Request that we keep to the topic. You might learn some things.

Now, you tell me please. What happened to the WT's contemporary view of the King of the North and the King of the South arrangment?

Also, show me please where I can go to 'Make sure of all things." regarding the 607 date. Do you have a defined autobiographical source for this date.

The WT does not provide this; however, it has used it as accurate knowledge for decades.

    Thomas Poole,
Did I ask a question? Did I say that the WTS was my leader? Do I follow them for my Bible teaching? No, I don't. They are correct on some teaching, but when they speak for Jehovah or Jesus they are making some big mistakes when it comes to dating and prophecies.

Sorry, I assumed you were a JW because of the second thread. If you are, I would like to know, so as to share reason regarding such. So I guess your point is this

The typical man feels that he is the head of the family and have only themselves to consider, he doesn't even think of what God would think of his actions or thoughts

So something has you going here about men's behavior. You certainly have classified a certain type of man.

In the WT, I saw this behavior very prevalent amongst elders. It was always obnoxious to me, as well as a bit amusing observing their vantity. I always felt sorry for those under his family control. However, the wife often time, took on the pious behavior, such as perhaps being official and not real...

    Thomas,
I was baptized as a JW in 1973 after studing the "Truth" book. So, yes I know about their teaching but the WTS is just a "man" trying to teach the Bible to people. I go to the kingdom hall on Sundays sometimes, but I feel that they are just repeating what is in the WT mag and is it really in their hearts to love Jehovah and His kingdom? I have found love not to be in JWs, like most of this board have found. But, I feel also that we are incapable of the love like in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7. I have found in this world that there is not love for women like there is for men.
