These photos were taken in Toronto, Canada at the 15th annual Aboriginal Festival in the Sky Dome on Nov. 28 & 29, 2008. This was a booth that was set up, showcasing Jehovah's Witnesses and the literature available in the different native languages. All the brothers and sisters who volunteered to work at the booth were Native American Indian and were thrilled with the response from the public!

what happened to going door to door?

Why are they at a wordly convention preaching?

They no doubt had to pay for space there, its not like preaching somewhere publicly?

Think of all the hours and placements they could count...This alone could spike a few congregations' service reports for '08! Such a deal, have 20 or 30 "volunteers" who spent most of their time strolling the rest of the show (and are also able to buy food there, too, I'd guess, maybe even a beer) while counting hour after hour of "publishing."

Will people of other ethnic backgrounds get a Watchtower booth at their conventions, esp targeted towards them?

Maybe it's already been done?

What if I want to set up a booth at a convention of my choosing?

Purps..If it`s working at First Nations Conventions,the WBT$ will probably try other ethnic conventions as well.............If you have the money,you could set up a booth most anywhere..Your Art would have went well at the First Nations Convention..You probably would have sold it all..No,I`m not kidding.......................... I wonder who funded the backdrops for this convention?
