this reminds me of a killer/rapist who refused to give blood for matching his dna up to a crime scene. He said it was against his religion.
I think that guy in Costa Rica is way off base and likely has another motive for not giving up blood for testing

All anyone would need to do is look at my blood donor card to see my blood type.
