Is this your first Christmas? Congratulations! I remember mine too. It was a GREAT feeling. I LOVED saying Merry Christmas to everyone for the first time. And wrapping presents and having a tree and a wreath on the door. Enjoy!

Christmas to me is about taking a skiing vacation and getting out of the commercialism that surrounds and pervades itself around this holiday

there are a lot celebrators that get so pent up with anxiety and stress over the gift giving and how much money is being spent and whom is getting what.

Its a whole lot of pretentious bullshit that I'm glad I just stick my nose up at.

I have in the past did do the big Christmas thing right to the tilt with certain relationships I happen to be involved in, but thankfully my partner now is an atheist like myself and so

we play down the affair as just as another regrettable occurrence out of religion.

This time of year is a time to enjoy some outings like visiting are favorite restaurants , going skiing , ice skating, catching a movie and what ever else comes to mind.

So yes you can make this time of year a fun and enjoyable time , so go out and have some fun and don't worry about the Christmas fluff

Just back from the pub. A quick visit to wish my mates 'Merry Xmas' turned into a bit of a session.

We had a great time. They are still there having a great time.

I was talking to an apostate SDA. Their family Xmas day is the kind of event I am sure all of us xjws dream about.

I wish you a Merry Xmas Oompa.

....and the same for all of us here at JWD.

Cheers from NZ (first in the world to get to celebrate anything)

    Chris

Sure beats having to look like a dope and refuse to respond when someone says "Merry Christmas" or "Happy Holidays".
