Neon,
Thanks for refreshing my memory. I couldn't for the life of me remember until you said it. I thought that was the closest thing to a wedding march.
Oh May We Ever Live Up to Our Name. Yep that was the one.
I am a great music lover and I was really miffed that I couldn't choose classical music.
As the marriage was a fiasco perhaps it was a good thing that we didn't use anything truly beautiful!! LOL

Oz,
Absolutely I remember the green songbook.
What is interesting to me is that some of the songs over the years had a definite resemblance (certainly not the majority of them most of them stink) to some of Christendom's "pagan" music.

Did anyone know that the song "We Thank You Jehovah" is in the hymn book used by the Church of God Faith of Abraham in its entirety? I thought WT got updated the songbook (got rid of songs from the pink songbook and green songbook) to get rid of stuff that Christendom used. Wonder if the GB knows about this?

Isn't that group a Watchtower offshoot? The name rings a bell from J. Gordon Melton's old Encyclopedia of American Religions, which at the time it came out was probably the most comprehensive listing of religious groups in the country. Somehow, I thought he had classed it as a JW splinter group.
Do they still exist? Do you know how to get info on them? Always interested in following ex-Watchtower groups...

If you could feel my love, by Bob Dylan.
I didn't care much for tradition. Oh, and I didn't invite the wife's parents to the ceremony, too.
Tee-hee.
