Lots of interesting stuff there.
Interesting to see the development of the organizational instructions. These were the precursors to the "Lamp" and "Organized" books. They're in this section:

1949 Counsel on Theocratic Organization For Jehovah's Witnesses
1955 Preaching Together in Unity
1960 Preaching and Teaching in Peace and Unity
Disfellowshipping doesn't really appear until the 1955 version. In the 1960 version, the section on Disfellowshipping has been re-worked. In fact, it looks like another revision was pasted in for that section. Apparently, something had to be changed.
Also, there's a PDF of the 3 volume work "The Theocratic Kingdom" by George Peters (1884):

What's significant is that Peters critiques both Barbour and Russell a couple of dozen places in this work. Volume 3 of Peters' work is dedicated to W.H. Conley, the first WT president! Since Russell wasn't made president of the WT Society until December of 1884, this dedication was made to Conley while he was still president of the WT Society! Peters strongly criticizes Barbour and Russell for the idea that Christ had already come (in 1874). I wonder if the dedication to Conley in Peters' book indicates Conley's support for Peters' more traditional views about the Second Coming? Did Conley apostacize about the invisible coming in 1874? The PDF file has the entire text of Peters 3 volume work with bookmarks to all the places where he cites Barbour and Russell.
