Does she have any family in? You should warn her that someday she may have to shun one of her kids, or they may have to shun her. She needs to get herself and er kids out while she can.

Thank you all for the support. You have all been there for me.

It's so good to be able vent. It is a loss, as we have built up a good friendship, over many years. There is absolutely nothing I can do to change the situation, so I just have to let them go... and like Penny said..not subject myself to the idiocy of it all.
