This video may have used old information. A commentor on YouTube mentioned that since 2006-2007 only elders,not 'experienced publishers,' can call on Do Not Call addresses.
Can someone provide the documentation for this if true?

I don't have any documentation, but an elder did call at my house sometime last summer to see if I still wanted to be on the do-not-call list. I told him that I never put myself on the list to begin with, and it was probably done by my ex-wife, since she knows where I live, and also knows I'm one of those dangerous "APOSTATES".....ooooohhh!!!
After a short visit, he decided I should still be on the list. Gymbob
