One thing that either I've missed or didn't catch a discussion on is about " The Evil Slave Class "

thats a labeling they placed on people that voice disagreement in public or privately against JWS doctrines and their organization.

Does this refresh a few memories. ?

Actually the "Evil Slave" class were those who disagreed with "Judge" Rutherford and broke away from The Watchtower Organization.

Rutherford considered that any who disagreed with him where actually disagreeing with Jehovah.

If my memory serves me correctly its a label they put on to people that were once Anointed and they reverted to being against the organization.

There was always a big scare at the Assemblies among the JWS because they said that there were "The Evil Slave Class" voicing themselves

out in front of where the Assembly was taking place.

According to the last study on this in the BS, the Society removed the Churches from any interpretation of these parables. (10 virgins, etc)

The "Evil Slave" are those who did not remain associated with the WT after 1919 who disagreed with the changes made by Boozerford. In the new teachings the churches never had any part, as they were never associated with the true servants of God.

Yeah, but if you put it that way, it dates you. Most older elders use that term to one degree or another still when discussing us irratating apostates. I don't think you would find anyone under 50 (?) using that term.

The Evil Slave was originally those who separated from the Society after the death of Russell, then it was applied to all who left. Most recently they reverted back to the old view with some modification. The new view is that the "evil slave" can ONLY be applied to anointed christians.
