No, I would leave religion and religios out of the equation. Ask yourself WHY? Coincidence? Nothing is coincidental, its a misnomer for people who don't fully understand something.

The economy, the nations of the world, the high possibility that solar events and their impact on the Earth will make big changes, etc. all point to the coming years as being BAD beyond belief. Ask yourself ONE question... WHY would the elites allow the wholesale theft of the markets on a GLOBAL scale, coupled with worthless fiat, etc. if they did not think things would end? What rational person would stand by and watch the corner stones of society being riped out purposely? Why the focus on seed banks? The list goes on. Look at the totality and I think you will find that nothing makes rational sense, unless you realize that tomorrow may be gone...

What's the point of a warning? What are you doing now that would be different if it was confirmed by the president? You can still store as much food and provisions now as you want. Sorry, I'm having a hard time connecting an asteroid to a volcano in an end of the world scenario. If you want a marketable script for this special effects driven piece of crap you will have to be ready to pony up some serious money for major stars doing full frontal nudity.

The government does not function to warn you of dangers, help you when you are hurting, or to wipe your bum for you. If it happens to do any of these for you, it is more by happenstance than design.

Given the deliberate dumbing down in teaching science that has been going on for over a generation, it would be a good idea for someone who wants to promote their favorite Armageddon scenario to get up to speed on scientific plausibility. One good place to start would be this page, and also this page. Then if you come back and post perhaps you will not reek of crackpottery, or sound like you smoke crack.
