Who were the people living where Cain fled to?

Those people who built citites, who Cain found a wife from, and he feared would kill him, were not his siblings.
They were the people created by the Elohim in chapter 1, before that garden was planted and YHWH formed Adam from dirt, as told in chapter 2.

Maybe Eve was perfectly fertile, and Adam had perfect sperm, and multiple births were possible. 4 to 6 at a time. Maybe that's why men have nipples. Originally Adam's breasts produced milk to help with nursing needs.
That might be far fetched, I guess.
