In Florida a person is not allowed to be in public with their face covered.
Thats one way we keep the muslim women out.
But seriously if someones face is covered law enforcement considers them criminals.
The only time you can wear a ski mask is on a ski slope. At least in Florida.

You have to go to the airport to get to them. And you cant wear your ski mask until you get there.

This kid is more normal than probably a lot of folks that you know. Seems his dad is carefully watching current events and he is teaching his kid to be a survivor. There is much going on that you are obviously not aware of and that I dare not put in print here.
I don't think you need to be afraid of this kid. Wearing a gas mask is a pacifist act of protection.
