As usual, the funds will go to bigwigs and not the people. How about giving the consumer a "porn voucher" that can only be redeemed on porn? This "stimulus package" would directly benefit the consumer and also go to propping up the dangling porn industry.
I LOVE this idea. The idea of a porn voucher is not only hilarious but ...oh well I guess that's it.
