What show did you watch and what did they say? I find the John Edward show to be rather interesting. I just finished reading his new book. It is rather convincing.

josephus,
I have no problem with people talking to the dead. It's when the dead start answering back that I question their sanity.

"I didn't mean what I meant."
Not really a beliver,
I watched something the other day about ghost hunters, but its always seemed like nothing would happen when they were filming, but when phycics went into the room on their own something always occured and they then came out and described it to you.
During the same show there was an experience of someone who worked in a cinema where there had been a murder years before. He recalled seeing a man walk through a wall. He was stood right at the back of the cinema at the time and the man was right at the front, when they went down to the front where the man had walked through the wall there just happened to be a door there. Later on this person collapsed on the stairs after feeling a draft on his neck.I think this person truly belived what they saw but I think it was just that rumours of ghosts playing on his mind.
Later on they took the same man back to the cinema with a priest and a medium, to exorsize the place, they both crowded around this man who was scared enough already and kept saying things like 'leave vile spirits, leave this man alone'. The man got himself into such a state he collapsed again.
hi
i watched a show detailing the invention of a "spirit, com"
they recorded funny sounds that "carried" other sounds as well.
it was developed with the (tacit) approval of the pope (pios).
they were voices claiming to be daed people.
allso they recorded voices just by leaving a tape recorder on.
they sounded semi-plausable.
i havent developed a beleif system yey for death, and afterlife, so am at a loss
to explain it.
very weird.

That is the problem, Joe. When we realize that the JW teachings are all a pack of lies, it wipes out our whole belief system and leaves us hanging. You have to start from scratch and do your own research and don't rush into anything. There is a lot of phony stuff out there.

Aw bugger .. I thought this thread was gonna be about you talking with Ian 'dinosaur' Pasley again :(
unclebruce who ain't say'n nuth'n to nobody when he's dead.
so they weren't dead after all? I am not so sure. I bet they were dead. If they were ...it is more likely they said nothing. Any proper evidence? what did they say?
