I think they use "JW" rather than "WT" to get by the copyright issue. I don't think "jehovah's witnesses" is copyrighted.
Unless times have change I think the person doing this will be told to stop. I think most witness want get the required hours in then try to live a nomal life. I can't see to many of them wanting to stand out by waring a tee shirt that shouts "I'm one of those guys" when they are off duty. Maybe I just have a dirty mind but I think they need to reconsider one of the items on page two. It looks a little nasty to me.
