The bottom line seems to be that BOTH items #1 and #3 in Shepherd Book's original post are inaccurate:
The WTB&TS never taught that Creative Days were 24 hours long, and they don't now teach that they are millions of years long. They have always - ALWAYS - said that Creative Days were thousands of years long, and in the past they did specify 7,000 years as the specific length of a creative day, though they seem to be trying to forget that now.
