I love the first two movies, can't wait to see the new one. I know someone on this board already has. Anybody else like this series?

My wife and I got free screening tickets (on a meeting night!) and we really enjoyed the movie. It's a prequel to the first two movies. Very bloody (and some wolf & vampire sex). Wooo!

I was kinda dissapointed that it was a prequel. But i liked the other two movies and probably will be seeing this one.

I enjoyed the last two apart from the fact that Viktor (Bill Nighy) wasn't quite physical enough for the big fight with Michael at the end. I like him as an actor but he just wasn't up to a big sword fight. I was wondering how they were going to do a third movie with Viktor since Selene chopped him in half.

The other thing is, they left a rather large loose end in movie two when the blood from one of the guys Viktor kills drips into the third head vampire's coffin, which was presumably important because of the long shot of it.
