It really makes you wonder about the numbers, someone said today that this list at there
hall had a df'd person on it....now why would they be included if this has to do with fied service?

Your name will be on the book study list. At the Kingdumb Hell I used to go to, they had a list that included people that hadn't attended a boasting session in years. And it will continue as we go toward Saturday field circus lists.
The purpose of these lists is to assign which hounder is responsible for which inactive people to hound. If they didn't do that, they would all assume that it is someone else's problem, and the inactive people wouldn't get hounded at all.
