Yeah carbs are my idea of comfort food. How about a plate of chicken pastry (chicken and dumplings everywhere else), collard greens, field peas and fried cornbread? Can you tell I'm from the South?

Then the rib eye med rare with beer is good....
Also luvs me a good meatloaf with home made mash taters and home made biscuits..
