No, not really, you big silly.
If there was a fictional tv drama about jws, like Big Love, what would it be called?
And what would the plot contain? It would need to be entertaining to avoid cancellation.

All I know is it would be boring as hell and cancelled after the pilot LOL.
How about "I'm Perfect, You're Doomed"- based on the upcoming book. (Can't wait til it comes out!)
The Organization (An inside look on how elders' wives really control their husbands)
Better Living People (based on a true story of a Witness leading a double life and becoming a sex addict)
Brother & Sister Johnson (a story of a young Witness couple trying to cope with "worldly" people and materialistic desires.
The Watchmen (a series about detectives always getting it wrong)
How about the life of J.F. Rutherford- boozing it up and laughing all the way to the bank in the Great Depression!
This is a conversation I was having with my sister-in-law last week. She hears the stories my brother-in-law and I tell and watches Big Love and thinks there's a book or screenplay in there somewhere.
I've thought about it and disagree. A guy with 3 wives (Big Love) is a situation that is abnormal and you can draw comedy or drama from it. The JWs? Not so much. The comedy or drama would be a very "in-crowd" thing. It would be boring.
Granted, there are some very funny stories. There are some oddballs that do funny things. But they aren't the sort of thing (in my opinion) that would entertain millions. The reason we probably find them funny is because we know the person or know what being a JW is.
You'd have to exagerate to pull it off. It'd be easier to choose a whole different setting.
But if they did have a show, I could see the theme song being "It's the end of the world as we know it" by R.E.M.
Little Love.
S4
I'm kinda hopin it is "oompa aids 13 horny virgins"....and the plot is the same............oomps
TALES OF THE BACK ROOM
THE PO'S EVIL EYE
THE CO THIS WAY COMES
THE TAPPING AT MY DOOR
Better Living People (based on a true story of a Witness leading a double life and becoming a sex addict)
Minimus' suggestion is a pretty good one, although a scripted show would be better. That way you can really put some laughs in it, like what to do when you're busy with a worldly lover and your elder father shows up at the door with a "weak" publisher he's encouraging. It could be pretty funny. I'd watch it.
