- Setup a website that will provide LOTTO numbers for anyone who agrees to give me 10% of any winnings.
- Generate every possible number combination and start sending them out to people.
- Inevitably one of the people will win and will give me the money!

If you truly think that after they buy the ticket and win they will let you know that they won; (Or would they need to be ingrained with a fear that you will find out by psychic means when they win.) I have got a true story for you about a nekkid lady and a talking snake.
