They turned me into a friggin' liar just so I can still associate with my family. I'm pulling off the "I'm a Witness" quite well with them, but 1000's of miles from there where I live I'm pulling off a "I'm a witch and proud of it!" act, which isn't an act at all.

They taught me how to live a double life. I hate it but it's not time to come out of the aposta-broom-closet to them yet.

I got a belief system (BS) that gave me great confidence and conviction as a youngster, and more or less served me for 43+ years. However, as I now find out, much to my chagrin, it was all just BS.
Oh, well, time to move on...(the initial shock is wearing off and I actually think that realization is the best thing that has happened to me)
