Awake and Watching my son has Fibromyalsia too. We got a hot tub (Jacuzzi brand) for him and it helps a great deal. The doctor wrote a script for one which allows you to write off the cost on your income tax. Ours is outside. We extended the deck and made it very strong. We also built an arbor over it to allow for some screening of the sun during warmer weather. It also makes a nice place for flowers etc. We have music which makes it very relaxing. My son recieves much benifit from the spa.
