Since millions of persons in China and other places have never heard the Kingdom message, will these people be preserved through the destruction of Babylon the Great and the war of Armageddon, or perhaps be resurrected later?
They never really answer the question.They are like politicians. They never give you a straight answer.
Sheep : Jesus explained that those on earth who favorably responded to that message and treated kindly its bearers would be classed as "sheep" and would enter into "everlasting
Goats: The rest of mankind who did not respond favorably to the preaching work and offered no aid to those who carried the Kingdom message would be classed as "goats" and would go, not into a temporary death, but into "everlasting cutting-off" at the time when judgment is executed.
China and other places have never heard the Kingdom message:Then those who correspond with "goats," whether in China or elsewhere, will be pronounced "cursed" and will not be permitted to survive that "end" into God’s new order of things. Since these go into symbolic "fire" (like the Devil and his angels), their punishment will be everlasting. They will never be resurrected.—Matt. 25:41-46.
How can China be considered a ''goat'' when they never heard the message or responded favorably?

Another creative way that some JWs explain this away is Acts 19:10, which states "All those inhabiting the district of Asia heard the word of the Lord." Some JWs say (and I'm not sure if this is in print or not) that there's no way that the Christian message had reached *every single* person in the district of Asia.
Thus, the JWs reason that when Matt. 24:14 refers to the good news being preached in *all* the inhabited earth before the end comes, it doesn't necessarily mean *all* the inhabited earth. This leaves open some wiggle room for God to judge hearts of these Chinese, Arabs, etc.
I recognize that this is at odds with official WT doctrine, but as we all know, lots of JWs don't buy the whole idea of God killing 1.3 Billion Chinese simply because they've never seen a Watchtower.

To all the inhabited earth, except for 1/3-1/4 of it??? Come on, China is a HUGE percentage of the world population.
Christians are there, by the way.

I was told by an elder in our congregation, who had just returned from a trip to Bethel in the mid 90's, the society had placed a million "My Book of
Bible Stories" in China, so the children could learn about western civilization in school. The Chinese were pleased to have the materials free for
their schools, this was how our contributions were being spent. All those children would tell what they where learning in school to their families and
that is how they would all get a witness. It was a sure sign the end would arrive soon. He stressed how smart the brothers at Bethel were to
negotiate this! It was because they could produce books in Chinese and provide so many copies at once. No one else could do this. Jehovah was
speeding things up since we were so close to the end. I'll quit now before we are all sick.

I asked an active Bro. a week or two ago"Would it not be more loving for you NOT to knock on peoples door,as they may respond badly to your (crap) presentation of the G.N,but if you never call, Jehovah will read their heart?"
He just said "I see your point"
What witlesses miss of course,amongst many things,is that they are NOT preaching what Jesus or the Apostle Paul preached,so according to Scripture their efforts are a waste of time.

There was thought at one time that by choosing/allowing the governments they had, the citizens of those countries where a witness had not been given had taken their stand - so to speak. I'm not sure if this was ever official policy or just local rhetoric. I can remember thinking at the time that this was an awfully poor argument and relied on a significant amount of ignorance (can't imagine why I didn't leave then).

In view of the eternalness of the destruction of those slain by Jehovah at Armageddon, some will ask about those who may not personally hear the message, especially in some lands that prohibit the witness work. In addition to family responsibility the Bible shows a communal or community responsibility, where a community upholds or goes along with rulers that persecute Jehovah’s people or are otherwise wicked. Did not the Egyptians suffer plagues because of Pharaoh’s hardness? (Ex. 5:1, 2; 9:13-16) Did not the Amalekites suffer for generations afterward because of Amalek’s opposition to Israel in the wilderness? (Ex. 17:8, 14, 16) King Saul brought trouble on Israel years after his death. (2 Sam. 21:1) David’s sins brought punishment upon the people. (2 Sam. 12:10-23; 24:10-17) Some relate some of this to ruler punishment rather than community responsibility, but it does show how the sins of one can affect many. It was unquestionably community responsibility when Achan trespassed and brought a military defeat on Israel. (Josh. 7:5, 13-21) Wicked men brought destruction upon the entire city of Gibeah, and those who supported Gibeah or merely refrained from helping punish her suffered with her. (Judg. 19:22-30; 20:40; 21:9, 10) Because King Jehoram of Judah deflected from God the nation went wrong and was punished. (2 Chron. 21:11-15) If idolatry started in a city in Israel and corrupted the inhabitants the city was destroyed. And other examples could be given. (Gen. 12:17; 20:9, 17; 26:10; Deut. 13:12-18) Matthew 10:14, 15, 23 shows households or cities that are unreceptive to the message will find judgment day unendurable. The principle applies on a national scale also.14
The people must accept responsibility for the nation’s acts. If the government becomes too oppressive against them they oust it, by either ballots or bullets. But wickedness against God they placidly tolerate. To them personal convenience and liberty are more precious than godliness. They revolt from harsh rulers, but support godless ones. They lack the burning love for righteousness and the devouring hate for wickedness that would consume the corruption and immorality now rampant in all human governments. Rulers and ruled wallow in the trough of an international moral breakdown. (2 Tim. 3:1-5) Nations operate according to the principle of community responsibility. Rulers may start wars, but the people fight them. It is upon the people generally, young and old, male and female, that the enemy nation rains destruction, and not upon the wicked rulers. The nations in their wars sow death on the basis of community responsibility. Will it not be just for them to reap it on the same basis at Armageddon? Can they rightly complain if they reap as they sow, are judged as they judged, are shown the same mercy they showed? If the people either actively or passively support what is corrupt and immoral and murderous, do they not bear some responsibility therefor?—Matt. 5:7; 7:1, 2; Gal. 6:7; Jas. 2:13. -

The WTS does not like its membership dwelling on the possibility that salvation is possible for people who have not been exposed to their preaching or are not JW's. So they publish things like this

The reality is that this sense of urgency and bringing people into the organization for salvation does not make sense - something they acknowledge on their website and occasionally in their publications

No. Many millions who have lived in centuries past and who were not Jehovah's Witnesses will come back in a resurrection and have an opportunity for life. Many now living may yet take a stand for truth and righteousness before God's time of judgment, and they will gain salvation. Moreover, Jesus said that we should not be judging one another. Humans look at the outward appearance; God looks at the heart. He sees accurately and judges mercifully. God has committed judgment into Jesus' hands, not ours.-Matthew 7:1-5; John 5:22, 27.
