If there was just one piece of information you could pass on to another what is the most important thing you can think of that a person should know?

I would say "never stop learning".

Also what subject gives the most enlightenment on life ?
I would say physics as everything branches from there.

This may sound harsh, but I would pass on: Just because you love someone, doesn't mean you can (or were meant to) be with them. Love without anything else doesn't necessarily make everything ok. Jbean

I would say: "Have big, outrageous dreams, and go for them!! Don't let ANYONE steal your dreams." (meaning, don't let people tell you that you can't have that, whatever it is, or that it's too hard to attain) Just DO IT!!

I think the most important lesson I have learned is:

I am in control of EVERYTHING I THINK, FEEL, and DO.

It is all a choice. If I don't like my life, I can make different choices. They won't be easy, but it is possible!

In less than 10 years I went from being an Over 300 lb. depressed spinster virgin to a curvy 160 lb.(or so ....)adored wife and mother.

I had to change the way I thought about almost everything .... food, men, the borg ... myself and my sexuality ..... but by some miricle (I want to call it Grace) I realized that I could change how I thought.

I am glad to wake up in the morning ... and I wouldn't trade this life I live for anything in the world .... my only prayer is that my loved ones are kept safe and I get to live this way and think this way for a very long time.

When you set out to do something worthwhile, whether it be a goal you set to any honorable task you embark on, never ever give up. Never let your dreams be shattered by anybody else as Mulan said - just think of men and women like Edison, Henry Ford or Joan of Arc and many others who all set a goal (unattainable by many standards) but stuck to their dream to accomplish an extraordinary thing in life and they were successful in all they accomplished! A good lesson for us indeed...

Sort out what is important and what is not, or the degrees of importance.

Behavior is more important than feelings.

Family is more important than a belief system.

What BobsGirl said. I can't improve on it.
