Am I right in assumming that many of the lyrics to these great songs were written under the influence-
O wernt our dear beloved Artists (the great masters) also under the influence.....

The most awful realisation was that while I thought I had all the answers, in reality I knew nothing at all. The people in the world who I thought were missing out on reality, in fact had a better handle on the human predicament than I did. I hope I am never that arrogant again to think that I know all the answers or that I know better than most other people. It takes a long time to get over the pain of realising you have taken a wrong path.
