Posted this at the end of the last thread I started (entirely diff subject) but: I resigned from the world of the Ministerial Servant drone on sunday. No more ridiculous 5min announcement parts. No more idiotic Q and A'a. No more "will-you-kiss-my-a$$-I-am-an-elder-please-do-this" assignments. No more "just increase you hours an you can be appointed an Elder" statements!!!

Congrats! I remember when I turned in my privs.
How will you occupy your time now? Did you quit the meetings too?

Good to here! I did the same thing when I was exiting and within a month or two I was outta there!!

I resigned when an Elder said to someone else they were going to call on me to see if I had studied properly with my two sons.who had left the truth,neither was ever baptised.
I thought "Bloody cheek" this was some 2 years after the second one had left,and this Elder never came to "shepherd" either boy.
I think it was the start of my fade,but I didn't recognise it as such at the time.
So as Crazy asked,why did you jump?
