It does bring back memories. I Started pioneering 1947,
there was no time to learn a trade, the “end was so close”.
I trusted them then, but no more. I spent 60 years in that spiritual darkness,
but no more. Good to be free in Christ.
The GB deserves to be exposed for what they are;
our Lord Jesus will deal with them in his due time;
sadly in the meantime much suffering is imposed on some of their supporters.

I remember that book very well, green cover, it was one of my most favorites back in my first JW year, 1979...

You certainly saw some changes within those many years! We were in almost 46 years and saw so many things happen within the organization, that nothing shocks us now. An organization of people that have no idea what they will be told to believe the next day. So glad you are free to help others.

I don't think the book tried to distance the organization from the 1975 affair - because it was published in 74, when the frenzy was at its peak.
I remember that book, together with the brown Peace and Security book, as two very good books, two books I liked very much and which were easy to deliver. Together with the red Life Does Have A Purpose they were favourites at the time.
