I like the first one for your avatar.... it would show up well. You'd miss all the great detail of the second, 'cause the avatar space is so small. Both are great though.

I use photobucket....just upload your picture there. Once that's done, click on it and copy the direct link option. Then on the thread here,click on the picture icon and paste where it asks for the url. Hope that helps! would love to see your pics!
