For years experiments have been carried out unbeknownst to the infected masses.
It has been done purposely in many cases. If you've read any history about bioweapons you will know this is true.
The incidences are too lengthy to repeat here.
Is this a hoax or a cover up for another agenda being put in place?
Most probably this is a multi-faceted plan.
Ask some questions:
Have major imports ceased? Does China control security at major ports? Would this prevent some info leaking to the masses?
Has production in this country ceased due to lay-offs? Has this affected availability of goods and foods and services?
Is it necessary to divert attention from this in order to keep from internal uprising?
Would it work to create a fear as a cover-up?
Is the green agenda at work to reduce the population?
