FYI, in the 1994 Amended Watch Tower Corporation Charter there is an Article that states that Watch Tower of PA and Watchtower of NY are alter egos of each other. If one corp. goes down, all assets go to the other corp. So it appears that both corps. have assets, but we know from research that Watch Tower of PA has the most. No outsider has access to the by-laws of the corporations, so it's a bit of a guessing game. However, Russell said in an early Watch Tower all corporations were really operated by Watch Tower of PA, such as at his time, The Peoples Pulpit and IBSA. I bet it's still the same game plan. Remember there has to be a NY Corporation for the organization to operate in NY. The PA corp is worthless in NY, but it calls the shots.
