I should think Trevor would know alot about what power and control through lies is all about.
Was what he did "naughtiness" and not mental illness as that was my way of forgiving him, grasping my mind and heart around the lies and deception he pulled off.
Naughtiness is a bit of fun and usually the victim can see it as something a little mischeivious and finally give a chuckle and go on, maybe he does not realize just what he did with his naughtiness.
The other day I was going through some old music and found a CD that Trevor sent to my house to crazyblondeb when she was staying with me. A CD of his wedding music...........a wedding that never took place!!!! He sent that music and a bottle of wine, what gives with that?
Mouthy, out of this fiasco with Trevor, you have gained a friend, and I genuinely think that is wonderful. All the cards are on the table about who he really is and what he is capable of and that honesty and trust is the best foundation for friendships.
That is not what happened in my experiance with Trevor.

makes me wonder if he is not talking about his own self.

So he has WALKS not talks now...I'm sorry, but didn't he also fall in love, get married, nurse his wife through a debilitating and terminal illness, and then lose her? :::shrug::: You have more faith than I do and I never was involved or hurt by the whole thing. But that he would willingly hurt so many people says a lot to me. You are a kinder person than I am to trust what he says now.
As for his poem... many here could probably write a poem about him.

Now that's no way to describe the British general public Grace LOL!! Seriously, Street Pastors (and the various other titles they operate under) do a fantastic job - we have a group in our town too I'm glad that Trev hs found some useful purpose in life - only through the One who is our real purpose! Reading Trev's story and remembering how he behaved at the Apostacurry has helped me understand a bit better why he did what he did
The poem is ok. It expresses his feelings. Is it a recent one or one of his old poems?

I think he spelled it 'dedpoet'.
I didn't get so involved personally with Linda but I did mourn her passing and was very shaken at learning of the deceit. It was similar to learning that "the Truth" was not true. I was dazed, distrustful of people and distracted at work during the unfolding of Trevolinda.
Forgiveness? I suppose i can - and maybe have - forgiven this hurtful prank.
But trust is broken and that will probably never be repaired for Trevor. I will forever be skeptical of others telling their online tales.
I don't trust Trevor. I don't can't believe that he is actually participating in street ministry to others. While his words online seemed to portray him as a caring person, what I read of his actual behavior and demeanor at the Apostacurry and his detailed deceipt here on JWD just doesn't seem like a person who would suddenly become so genuinely committed to helping others in the type of work described.
It just does not feel right to me.
Sorry, Mouthy, but it also feels to me that he found the right words to touch your heart and make you believe and respect him. It smacks of fabrication (and possible manipulation) to me.
I know you value his friendship but please be careful. Manipulators don't easily change their ways.
