Don't work for another dub. They are notorious for screwing their own brothers and sisters in business. You would be appalled to find out how many "brothers" take advantage of the Bible's statement and WT injunction not to bring a brother/sister to court, and use it to their own selfish and often illegal advantage.I've seen this behavior in action. It was for me, another nail in the coffin of why the WTS is not God's org.
