The video was the clincher, but how stupid for these airheads to think they could accuse the cab driver of trying rape four women while he drove the cab! LOL!

Fortunately the guy had a video. If he hadn't, he would probably be in jail right now, and his life ruined over a Lie. The women will probably get off with a slap on the wrist if even that for what they did.

ATLANTA (AP) - An Atlanta newspaper says a woman who told police she was kidnapped from an Atlanta street, driven to the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee where she was raped has pleaded guilty twice to charges she filed false assault reports.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported quoted Maj. Ron Hunton of the Cherokee County police department. It said Monday the 24-year-old woman claimed in 2005 she had been raped in the suburban Atlanta county but wound up pleading guilty to charges that she had made up the story.

Hunton also told the newspaper the woman later pleaded guilty to making a false report in Fannin County in the north Georgia mountains after telling police she had been stabbed.

This makes me mad. Right now an old co-worker of mine is going thru the same thing. But the claim is child molestation. The mother of the child has told the 4 yr old what to say. The child has already changed her story. He was totoally set up because the mom of the 4 yr old waited until thsi man's wife was on vacation to bring her daughter over to his house. She never brings her daughter over to his house.

This kind of crap makes it tougher on the legitimate victims.
