I have.
I was out of town doing three days of hard physical labor at 7000 feet, in the blazing sun. Five pounds lost may not seem much, but I sure can't seem to lose it by diet alone. This was a surprise.

In 2006 I lost 40 pounds in 2 months without trying. That, along with my unquenchable thirst prompted me to see a doctor. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. It was nice to lose the weight, but I wish I found a better way to do it.

I lost 28lbs in six months a decade ago due to eating less and moving about (a lot) more.
I wish I could replicate that in 2009...

Yes. I lost 5 lbs overnight after a particularly nasty fight with my fiance. I knew I couldn't marry him after that. And I didn't. Bad stress tends to make me shed pounds suddenly.

Yeah four times, about 8-10+ pounds...well the last time was induced so I guess that didn't count
