Thank you for sharing. I'm glad you are still together and were both able to escape the Watchtower. You guys looked great together as I'm sure you still do. But I have to say your husbands tuxedo is evidence that those were dark days in the history of fashion. Unfortunately I have to admit that although I usually have pretty good tastes I did have a few leisure suits myself.

As for his tuxedo being a dark day for history of fashion .......I remember back then it was the popular color for wedding tuxes ,and look at the girls hats ! Screams 70's ,
but best of all was the orange decor of the KH .

Congrats on your 30 years! I am so curious what hall that is you got married in, I am from Illinois, lived in the city growing up...then went to Northern Illinois halls...
Just curious...seems like I had been there...alothough alot of the halls look similiar...

Nowman the hall we were married in was Silvis ....I think we may have been the first ones married there . Silvis use to be part of Moline then split in 1975/76 . After marriage I moved away to my husbands area and hall .
